At Zynlix LLC, we stand behind the quality of our design services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Refund eligibility

  • Service must not be fully delivered or completed
  • Refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • Revision requests must have been addressed prior to refund consideration

Non-refundable items

  • Completed custom box design projects
  • Approved and delivered design files
  • Services already fully rendered or in final stage
  • Discounted or promotional design packages
  • Digital design files after delivery

Refund process

To initiate a refund request, please contact us. Once we receive your request, we will review the details and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs

As Zynlix LLC provides digital design services, no physical shipping is involved. Therefore, no shipping charges apply.
