Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Services or design files must be returned/claimed in their original, unmodified condition where applicable.

How to return an item

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at info@zynlixllc.com or (603) 999-7449 to initiate a return
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions
• Follow the instructions provided for review and processing

Return conditions

• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Valid proof of purchase is required
• Project must not be fully completed or finalized
• Revision opportunities must be exhausted before return request

Defective or issue-based cases

If you experience issues with your design files or receive incorrect deliverables, please contact us immediately at info@zynlixllc.com. We will review the issue and provide corrections or a resolution where applicable at no additional cost.

Return shipping

As Zynlix LLC provides digital custom box design services, no physical shipping is required. Therefore, return shipping does not apply.

Processing time

Once your request is received, please allow 5–7 business days for review and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been handled.
